The Green Human Resource Management will play an important role in industry to promote the environment related issues by adopting it, in management philosophy, HR policies and practices, training people and implementation of laws related to Environment Protection. It will also make employees and society members aware of the utilization of natural resources more economically and encourage eco-friendly products. the paper is an attempt to evaluate the perception of IT professional towards green HRM, as the professional in this sector can make efforts towards the concept by using their IT aptitude.The paper majorely focusses on the objectives as, firstly to know the awareness of Green HRM among IT professionals, secondly to know the best practises used in the organization related to green HRM, and lastly to study the level of contribution of IT professional towards greem HRM.Keywords

Objectives: Novel and miniaturized array with four elements is designed in this paper. To make it applicable for multiband applications the array elements are fractured. Improvement in terms of its performance parameters like gain and bandwidth is done by introducing Electromagnetic Bandgap (EBG) structure. The antenna is applicable for satellite applications. Methods/Analysis: A four element array using Right Isosceles Triangular Microstrip patch Antenna (RITMA) is designed first. Further two iterations are done based on Sierpinski fractal geometry. Swastik shape electromagnetic bandgap (EBG) is then introduced into the substrate. The antennas have been modeled and optimized by using the CST Microwave Studio tool. The antennas have been designed using Rogers RT 5880 substrate (εr = 2.2) and a substrate height of 2.5 mm and compared with FR-4 (εr = 4.4) and a substrate height of 1.59 mm.Comparison is also been done with structures having EBG structures and without EBG. Both antennas have been designed using inset feed. It has been found that array with EBG exhibits better results as compared with without EBG. Findings: New Microstrip fractal patch antenna planar array with and without swastika shape EBG structure is been proposed. The antenna works in multiband where its resonances are at 7.9, 9.7, 12.0, 14.1, 16.2, and 18.5 GHz within 7-19 GHz. Bandwidth obtained is 165.7, 186.8, 444, 450, 549, 594 MHz, and Gain 7.39, 10.96, 7.39, 9.73, 10.14, 9.21dB respectively at these resonances. Both antennas shows multiband behavior but area used is less in EBG structure. Novelty/Improvement: In this paper, an approach for multi-band antennas is proposed. First an RITMA array with four elements is designed. It is then fractured using Sierpinski fractal, on the substrate EBG structure is added to get better results. The antenna shows compact dimensions with good return loss and pattern performance to be adopted for satellite applications.Keywords

Objectives: Multiple Input-Multiple Output (MIMO) systems have turn out to be necessity of wireless communication systems to conquer bandwidth restrictions. Massive-MIMO systems are capable of improving the channel capability of the system. This paper presents review on design, architecture, challenges, limitations and the possible improvements in a Massive-MIMO system. Methods/statistical Analysis: Comprehensive study has been performed to build up substantial understanding about various designs, architectures and techniques described so far by enthusiastic research scholars regarding system model and practical implementation of the Massive-MIMO systems. The review is paying attention on the problems like, getting true channel state information, antenna correlation, channel estimation, signal detection schemes at receiver end, different kind of possible network architectures and their complexity and hardware impairments. Brief information is added about the projects running worldwide on Massive-MIMO and its application in future communication systems of next generation. Findings: It is observed that multiple antenna systems with huge amount of antenna elements at base station are competent to increase data rate by many folds, without requirement of any extra bandwidth, as compared to other existing technologies. Massive-MIMO combined with multiple carrier systems (Massive-MIMO-OFDM) followed by suitable signal detection schemes, like beam forming, gives overwhelming results. Application: With possibilities of further research and continuous improvements, Massive-MIMO system is one of the best suitable choices, among various technologies, for next generation wireless communication systems, like 5G.Keywords

Ultrasound techniques are unique and find wide applications and acceptance in all fields. Applications of ultrasonic have made possible not only the evaluation of physico-chemical properties of the mixtures/ solutions but also more reliability on the interpretation of molecular interactions. In view of the wide scope of molecular interactions between the highly polar compound of N-N-dimethylformamide with butylaminoethanol and 1-butylalcohol, ultrasonic velocity and densities have measured for these systems over the whole composition range at temperatures 293.15K, 298.15K, 303.15K, 308.15K and 313.15K under atmospheric pressure. To gain some insight into the several aggregations of molecular interactions present in these mixed solvents, deviation in ultrasonic velocity, excess acoustic impedance and excess pseudo Grüneisen parameter have been predicted. A qualitative analysis of the results is discussed in terms of the ion-dipole, ion-pair interactions, dispersive forces and hydrogen bonding prevailing in the binary mixtures. Further experimental data of these mixtures were also used to test the validity of various mixing rules/ theory for ultrasonic velocity.Keywords

Refractive indices, viscosity at 298 K, 303 K and 308 K and ultrasonic velocity at 298 K of five binary mixtures of ethyl chloroacetate (ECA) with benzene, toluene, 1,4-dimethyl benzene (p-xylene), 1,3,5-trimethyl benzene (mesitylene), and methoxybenzene (anisole) have been evaluated theoretically using various empirical relations applicable to binary mixtures. Relative merits and interrelation in these mixing rules have been discussed. An excellent agreement has been found between the experimental values with the respective values obtained from the mixing rules. Also, the extended statistical theory of Flory (FST) has been used to predict the surface tension of five binary systems at 298K. The values of surface tension thus obtained have been utilized to compute ultrasonic velocity using Auerbach relation. Theoretical values have been compared with the experimental values. In the view of the wide scope of experimental values of thermodynamical properties that allow us to establish new predictive interactions and information about the mixtures of Poly ethylene glycol butyl ether (PEGBE) 206 with 1-Butanol and 2-Methylamino ethanol (MAE) respectively, measurement of the thermophysical properties such as ultrasonic velocity, density and refractive index of binary over the whole composition range at 298.15 K, 303.15 K and 313.15 K under atmospheric pressure. To gain some insight into the molecular interactions present in these mixed solvents, thermodynamic parameters like polarisability, molar refraction, free volume, deviation in ultrasonic velocity, excess internal pressure and molar refraction deviation have been derived. The intermolecular interactions were discussed on the basis of the measured and the derived properties. The caluculated excess values and deviation quantities been fitted to Redlich-Kister polynomial equation. The results were analyzed in terms of molecular interactions and mixing behavior between mixture components with taking into consideration effect of temperature.Keywords

Economy in India has seen a shift from extensively controlled to a liberalized economy. Opportunities for high income, inclination towards savings, global exposure and changing lifestyle are the major reasons for fast changing consumer behaviour. The retail sector in India has witnessed a shift from unorganized to organize and the consumers are now seeking for place, which can provide them both convenience and entertainment. A growing transformation have been seen in the way Indian customer are shopping for FMCGs it has seen a shift from unorganized to organized and to the app buying culture. The purpose of this research is to analyze the change that the consumers have shifted while shopping for their FMCG in large organized retail.Keywords

Direct tax structure in India is fluctuating from last many years. There was a time when the Indian Government was charging the maximum tax rate of 97.75% in the year 1973-74. Since then it is decreasing. But still the individual and corporate tax rate imposed by the government of India does not seem to generate the maximum tax revenue. Indian government is under debt from many years. This debt is increasing day by day. 2018, is the year in which interest on debt is almost equal to the amount of debt. The government needs more tax revenue to overcome its expenditure and pay off the debt to foreign countries. On the other hand, if the tax revenue is less and expenditure is more than the government has to borrow more funds from foreign countries leading to more debt. Immediate action is required on such an issue. Hence, the tax structure needs to be revised. In this paper we are going to determine the optimum tax rate for both individual as well as corporate tax. With the help of this optimum tax rate the government is going to generate maximum tax revenue and able to meet its expenditure along with the payment of its debt. Laffer curve concept is used in our study to find out the optimum tax rate which will generate maximum revenue and contributing to the economic growth. The period for which the data has been collected range from 1996 to 2016. The data is analysed with the help of Ms Excel and EViews 8.Keywords
